Dr Imo Enang is a scholar-practitioner, academic leader, author, global consultant and CEO of VLV. His work connects strategy, organisational ambidexterity, project management, digital transformation and executive decision-making.

CURRENT WORK

Academic leadership and executive practice.

Dr Enang is Programme Head for Project Management with Greenwich Online at the University of Greenwich. His responsibilities span curriculum development, academic quality, assessment, student experience, employability, industry engagement and scholarly activity.

He is also CEO of VLV, the house of brands comprising Ambidexters, SkillHubs and ImpactCity. VLV brings together technology, capability development, consulting and strategic visibility.

Across both roles he works at the boundary between evidence and execution. His focus is the design of practical systems that help leaders make better strategic decisions and build organisations that can adapt without losing coherence.
